Terms of service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
The short version: you buy a personal Seoul itinerary, and optionally a human concierge who coordinates reservation requests for you. We work on a request basis, venues make the final call, and your free preview always comes before any payment.
Who we are
Seoulmood (seoul-mood.com) is operated by 주식회사 원테크 (Wontech), a company registered in the Republic of Korea. Business registration 638-88-02382, e-commerce filing 제2026-서울송파-0405호, address 서울특별시 송파구 송파대로 201, 비동 1215호 (문정동, 송파 테라타워2). You can reach us at data.nova.yt@gmail.com or +82-10-8967-1353.
What you are buying
Seoulmood sells two things. First, digital travel plans: a personalized day-by-day Seoul itinerary built from our curated place database, delivered on this website after payment. Second, the Done-for-You concierge service: a real person who reviews your itinerary and coordinates reservation requests with venues on your behalf.
Reservations are requests, not guarantees
Our concierge contacts venues, checks availability, and proposes alternatives when a place is full. Venues always make the final decision, so we never promise instant or guaranteed confirmation. If a requested booking cannot be secured, we tell you promptly and suggest comparable options.
Free preview before payment
Every plan starts with a free one-day preview so you can judge the quality before paying. Nothing is charged until you choose to unlock the full plan.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and similar wallet payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions; PayPal and other listed methods are processed by their respective providers. We never see or store your card number.
Refunds and cancellation
Our refund policy is published at seoul-mood.com/refund and applies to every purchase. In short: full refund on plans within 7 days if you are not happy, and a full refund on Done-for-You any time before booking work starts.
Venue deposits and bills
Some venues require their own deposit or prepayment. You pay those directly to the venue, and the venue's own cancellation policy applies to them. We never hold venue money for you.
Accuracy of information
We curate places carefully, but venues change hours, menus, and prices, and sometimes close without notice. Itineraries are recommendations, not a promise that every detail at the venue will match. When the concierge confirms a booking we re-verify the essentials with the venue directly.
Fair use
Plans are for your personal trip. Please do not resell, republish, or scrape our content or place database. We may decline or refund an order that appears to be automated abuse rather than a real trip.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for the acts of independent venues, or for events outside our reasonable control such as venue closures, strikes, or extreme weather. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Statutory consumer protections of your country of residence that apply to you regardless of choice of law remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change. Questions? Email data.nova.yt@gmail.com.
