Privacy policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to build your itinerary and coordinate your bookings, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to show or delete it at any time.

Who is responsible

주식회사 원테크 (Wontech) operates seoul-mood.com and is the data controller. For any privacy request, email data.nova.yt@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a plan: your email, trip dates, party size, budget range, and taste preferences. When you order: your name, order details, and payment status (payment card data itself is handled by Paddle or PayPal, never by us). When you use Done-for-You: the reservation details you share, including optional notes such as dietary needs or allergies, which we use only to make your bookings.

What we use it for

Building your itinerary, coordinating reservation requests with venues, unlocking your purchase, answering support email, and required record keeping under Korean e-commerce law. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Where it lives

The app runs on Cloudflare. Order, lead, and booking records are stored in a Google Sheets workspace operated by us. Your in-progress plan and saved places live in your own browser storage on your device.

Service providers we share with

Paddle (payment processing as merchant of record), PayPal (payments), OpenAI (your trip preferences are sent to generate itinerary text; never your payment details), Google (spreadsheet storage), Cloudflare (hosting), MapTiler (map tiles, which receive your IP address like any web request), and Plausible (cookieless, aggregate analytics) when analytics is enabled. Each receives only what its job requires.

Cookies and device storage

We use a small cookie to remember your language, browser storage for your plan and saved places, and no third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce law (typically five years). Leads and plan requests that never become orders are cleaned up periodically. Booking notes such as allergies are kept only while they are needed to serve your trip.

Your rights

Email data.nova.yt@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and we will act on it promptly, subject to records the law requires us to keep. Korean residents also hold the rights set out in the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

International visitors

We serve travelers worldwide, so your data is processed in the Republic of Korea and by the providers above, some of which operate in the United States or the European Union under their own safeguards.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
